You know how when you are frustrated and you want to sigh because it feels as if all the bad air inside you with dispel as easily as the a sigh. Once you let out a sigh, you feel good, but almost as instantly, it feels as if double the unhappiness has returned within you, leaving you heavy hearted and unhappy.
But that never stops you from sighing again, does it?

Suddenly overwhelmed by all the issues that ive been avoiding for a long time, the realisation of it blowing up scares me and right now i dont know what to do other than to run for cover and hide. But, thats what ive been doing, hiding, avoiding, waiting for it to end. Just as i realise it isnt gonna end, its pretty much too late. With the D word hanging in the air and the tears that we are fighting back, the stress builds up and the muscle tenses. Nobody has got a solution and nobody dares to try. Comforting words can only help to a certain extent and that extent isnt much. perhaps theres something i can do... I just havent thought of it yet...

well, on the brighter side, i didnt have to live with this.
