Had netball training today and im feeling oh-so-good right now. Like ive always said, sports is good cause it releases endorphins and make you so so happy. The 10 rounds around the court really energized me up and though i could feel the great difference in my fitness, i felt good about having the determination to not give up. Its really what makes you stronger!

Helped to train the sec 1s today and they are improving. They understand that they have to work hard before they can be good and they understand the phrase " no pain, no gain." And so, since im a senior, i trained with them and made sure the team works together. Arm exercises are so tough but im feeling good about not giving up. Hoho. I mean with all the proposals to vet and all and i still give in my hundred percent in netball, it feels goooooooooood.

Played match today and in an attempt to get the ball, i clashed in to xiao yun and boy oh boy do i feel my ribs now. Ouch. Its super awkward to massage it but it hurt not to. But with the team's encouragement and strength, i continued to play. Hui yi tried to play Center today and it was so disastrous. She kept apologizing and i felt bad for rubbing it in. But all in all it was greattttttttt to work with her since our off court chemistry was rather good. She just isnt so sure of the center's rule. Her height really makes her much better at defending!

Really miss the north zone days, thinking about how i could sprint about and try my best and the team's encouragement makes me feel that netball is always always worth the sprains, pains and the time under the hottest time of the day. Theres a chinese proverb that goes "before god grants somebody with power and strength, the person will have to go through poverty, labour, hardship, hunger, pain before he/she becomes mighty." And netball is really only about putting 200% so i shall work hard work hard and work very hard! :D
