Aizal plays football. I play netball.
We always used to have these long debates on why our sports is more interesting than the other.
He never really tried out netball, i never really tried out football except once during P.E where i then hurt my waist. Dont ask. it involved a girl kicking a ball to my back and me getting overexcited about scoring. Hurhur. And tho only other time we had anything to do with football together was that one time where i watched him play football at mft and it didnt end up too well.

Then we broke up. And for the longest time, i avoided anything to do with football. From tv shows to going to MFT.

Until, i became closer friends with Farlee and rest, i went to MFT more often and then watched people play football. It was also really when i started to understand aizal's love for it and many other people's reason for loving the game. Quoted from Iskandar, Football is enlightening, when you manage to strategically tackle the ball away from another player and dribble it towards the goalpost and then successfully score a goal, the adrenaline that rushes through you is similar of that when you successfully get the ball from the center to the GS/GA to score it in the net in netball. Simply said in the most easily understood way, its shiok ah.

Football is also the thing that bonds kausala together. Friday afternoons after focus, where we complain about the sun but watch the guys play football anyway. Under block impromtu football games where we team up to play against iskandar's neighbours and cheering each other because we came up with new tricks by ourself. Playing soccer because we are upset, playing soccer cause we like it, playing soccer cause thats what we do.

Football means my past and it really also means a hell lot to me on my present.
doesnt matter if its hot or not.
