I was damn stressed out since thursday, by friday I was going to explode, Saturday I was going to declared that im depressed and I need medical attention.

Then, i went swimming.

Yea, I always believed in aquatherapy. Everytime i am stressed out, i would try to get it out during my bath time. It helps slightly. Bath time is the time i scream at such high pitch, i dont bother anyone. Its the time where i let myself cry.

Swimming is a different thing, its like 100 times of bath time. I dont cry, i dont scream, i think, and then let those frustrating thoughts get washed away with the water. It helped. Im a lot less stressed now. Of course, the things that are still rather annoying are around, but now that ive reached nirvana, i know that those are insignificant. Okay, who am i kidding. They still bother me, but i dont feel it all weighing on my shoulders. I can actually stop breaking out in tears when im alone and my thoughts dont stop me from being normal. Well, matters still need to be settled.

Oh yes, and calling GOH JUNZHI was definately one of the right things i
did. Even though he sounded very bored after a while. Its just one of those
times where you know somebody is just a phone call away and always always there,
even though he has to lie about going to the library to return his book. Thank
you gjz, for being around, 8 years ago and now.

ANYWAYS.
While i was resting after swimming a lap, a stranger corrected my stroke. He didnt touch me or anything la. Then after sometime, he started to talk about his son, and then he started bragging about his son. I think he just kept talking for 10 minutes. I just nod my head.

I think that was one of the weirdest moments of my life.
