Orientation camp 2009
First day.
I was really sticking with the OGL in the beginning cause of how im afraid to make friends at start, but after a while, i realise that if all the OGLs were gonna do that, nothing will come up of it, so.. we started to mix with them.

At first, every one was really shy with one and other and the sec 1s were afraid to respond. Then after some ice breakers and team dynamics, they started to open up a little. That was a start.

After wards, we had songs and cheers and the express side was quiet cause i guess, it's how it works huh. Then we had mass games, where 1/7 really started to have fun and open up. Im sorry if i scared you at first! I get really jumpy during games, you see. ;P

Then it was lunch, where i sat close to Cedric and Shriram and I found out how much this kids could eat! Finishing 2 packets each at the time where i was finishing my one packet! Yes, these kids have HUGE appetite and are fast eater. Oh, and they talk a lot too. Hahaha! We had songs and cheers and cedric kept complaining about how stupid 'wind beneath my wings' was and how much better air supply and westlife would be. It was quite funny actually. But yes, 1/7 warmed up a lot more and started to cheer.

Then we had station games again. ( im refering to the schedule, i cant really rmb what they were) Then had tea break, where i ate loads of biscuit. After that was campfire preparation where i was already dead- beat. So got them to settle down and then settle what we were gna have and started to cheer. Maincomms came over to help, so it was a relief cause we were all really tired. 1/7 really hyped up after that, and it was really much of a relief.

Had group debrief and it was fast and i didnt really listened cause I was really really tired. Just ask Joel lim or Chun yong. ( Ya la Joel, lazy la. )

Day 2
Woke up late, I woke up at 7.05 when we were supposed to meet at 7.15. Thank god mummy woke up or else i would have continued sleeping.

Rush to school, and saw Farly on the way. Went to school together, we were both caught but we were both pretty happy that at least we weren't alone. Hahaha.

Settled down into groups cause all the campers came early and then mixed around with them and found out that many of them were really excited about coming to camp! :D We had mass game after that and it was pretty fun cause we kept winning! Hahaha, okay la, it was fine that lost too.

Lunch was okay, food sucked again but the group i sat with was fun. Only girl there but I was okay about it cause it's like a family. It was funny seeing them transfer water to the bottles and yes, it was pretty funny where i made a mistake and ended up 'wetting' my pants with water from the cup. Joel and I were pretty shock about cedric eating 3 packets, but it was heart warming to know that they are nice to each other to the extend of knowing how much each other could eat and taking packets of rice for each other. A-W-W-W .

Had campfire preparation and it was pretty messy and flustered but it ended up okay la. Went up to the hall for orientation talk and got a headache from it. Fell asleep and then was woken up with the applause for i dont know who. Headache lasted for a long time, from 2.30 - 7+. Thank god for the 2 panadol from ain or else it might have lasted longer.

Area cleaning was funny and Dinner was much much better, obviously Campfire was the best la!

Every one was pretty hyped during campfire and I was pretty much jumping every time we stood up. Hahahaha. 1/7 A a.k.a NINJA BOB got a prize for some value thing and we were damn damn high. Hahaha. Oh yeah, we kept doing the Hiro clap at random moments and it was funny [:

"Gimme one Hiro clap!"
*claps*
"YATA!" With both hands up.

So overall, i had a fun group of OGLs and campers and I must say, I love all of you. No matter how much you fustrate me at the beginning, i have forgotten them and only remember all the happy stuff i did with you guys and how you guys made me touched numerous times. Remember ah... I dont want any one of you going to the commerce room other then for studying hor!

OGLs,this is to Humairah, Joel, Andrea, Chun Yong, Yan Jun! thank you for everything. It was you guys who made this experience even more unforgetable and thank you for remembering everything that i couldnt remember ( which was pretty much everything). And and taking care of me since im always injuring myself. Oh and Joel, sorry la, always hit your head and all, just trying to grow taller you know! ( wahahahah, ya right!)

Got so much to say to you all! I love love love you all yeah! And gimme your email adds? I got none of you guy's. No idea how to get though. Tag me if you wanna gimme your email. :D
