*looks at the vegetable seller*, and that’s how this post is born.

Have you wondered how some people have been living for years, doing the same thing everyday?

Like how the hawker manages the store for 90 over years, for generations.

They never get an higher pay, nor do they get promotion, for they whole life, they mend their store, making sure this and that is in place.

What about our generation? When we all become adults?

I know, most of us, or rather ¼ is most probably going to all be in some high class society business/ work.

All in air- conditioned offices, working their might out / or not to get that higher post, higher pay. What happens to the hawker stores, the wet markets?

The pasar malams and the old road stores?

What happens to the traditional kuehs?

Anyone wondered?
